Electrohydraulic notching unit for automated notching, feeding-forward and folding-back of pre-profiled panels with double standing seam 25, 32 and 38 mm with and without clip relief for roofs, dormers, facades and parapets.

Functions

1. Notching

On the shown profile drawing, the right and left profiling area get notched. The notching depth is infinitely variable between 0 – 80 mm.

2. Feeding forward

The shown and notched profile can be produced on the female side with a expanding tool.

3. Edging

In addition to the required edging for the eaves more different versions can also can be performed (see example).
