Guideboy

Material guide aid for profiling panels on one side. It can be mounted on all infeed guides of Schlebach roll forming machines with little effort.

Using the Guideboy prevents the sheet material from running towards the center of the machine when profiling on one side. The required force transverse to the profiling direction can be influenced by adjusting the direction angle and by increasing the contact pressure on the sheet material.

Thanks to high-quality pressure rollers with a special rubber coating, damage to the material surface is ruled out.
