Color Metal SRL, based in Odorheiu Secuiesc, Romania, is an established supplier of solutions for architecture and industry.
The company provides materials such as aluminum, copper, brass, and titanium-zinc for applications in roofing, façades, and various industrial sectors.

At the Color Metal production facility, a new QUADRO-KS profiling machine from Schlebach has been installed and successfully commissioned.
With this investment, the company expands its production capabilities for high-quality profiles used in roofing and façade construction while relying on proven Schlebach technology “Made in Germany.”

The QUADRO-KS is a high-precision profiling system designed for processing metals such as copper, aluminum, and titanium-zinc. Its conical profiling module enables the transport, angled cutting,
and profiling of the metal strip in a single operation, allowing the efficient production of conical panels and special profiles used in domes, curved roofs, and complex façade designs.

Schlebach engineers supported the installation and commissioning, ensuring smooth integration of the machine into the customer’s production process.
