A pair of guide rollers in front of the intake guides facilitate the infeed of material to the slitting machine. This prevents damage to the material (e.g., bending of the strip material in front of the machines intake area).

The 3 reel drag-straightening unit can rotate by 180° and is suitable to straighten the coil twist of strip material being uncoiled from the bottom or the top. The target straightening position is easily adjusted by a single level pressure controller.

The reinforced 3 reel drag-straightening unit can rotate by 180° and is suitable to straighten the coil twist of strip material being uncoiled from the bottom or the top. The target straightening position is easily adjusted by a single level pressure controller. The material is fed gently by double guide rollers that are attached in front of the unit.

In the 6 roller straightening unit facilitates 3 independently adjustable pairs of rollers for precise straightening of strip or sheet material. The straightening unit can be used in stand-alone mode or as an integrated part of a production line.

Table for supporting unwieldy material. The stainless steel surface can be pneumatically lifted (working pressure 8 bar). It gets controlled using the central PLC unit of the slitting and cross-cutting system.

Table with stainless steel surface for laying down panels after cutting. The welded construction in combination with four heavy duty castors (2x with locking brakes) ensures high stability. For attachment purposes, mechanic swivelling hooks are used. Magnetic safety switches are installed to verify the position of the table.

Decoiler (AH1250A1) (only Multicut 1250)

A decoiler for metal coils with a max. weight of 1,000 kg and a max. coil width of 1,250 mm. The decoiler consists of a welded frame and a continuously adjustable mandrel on ball bearings with centre adjustment. The clamping range of the mandrel ranges from a min. of 280 mm to a max. of 530 mm inner coil diameter (optionally up to 650 mm). The manual braking assembly prevents metal coil overtravel. The decoiler is mobile because the decoiler is equipped with four swivelling castors. Extendable supports may be used to clamp the decoiler on site.

The clamping range extends from a min. of 380 mm to a max. of 530 mm inner coil diameter. A standard braking assembly prevents metal coil overtravel.
